1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of mellbet. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use mellbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

mellbet employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Additional proof of address documentation may be requested at the platform's discretion.

mellbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on any account pending successful completion of KYC verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete documentation when requested. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or misrepresentative documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of mellbet — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on mellbet. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details change. mellbet accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify mellbet support immediately via live chat.

3.3 One Account Per Player

mellbet enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Indicators that may suggest duplicate account activity include, but are not limited to, matching payment details, matching device fingerprints, matching IP addresses, or matching identity documentation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mellbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits applied to them.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. mellbet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its inactivity fee schedule, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any required identity re-verification steps.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

mellbet operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are denominated in BDT. mellbet supports the following BDT-native payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at mellbet's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on mellbet is ৳200. Deposits made via supported payment methods are credited to your mellbet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. mellbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mellbet accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using payment accounts registered to third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on mellbet is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. mellbet reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's availability and terms.

mellbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• The player's KYC verification is incomplete or pending review.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers on the account.
• The account is subject to an active investigation by mellbet's compliance or security team.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player with their payment provider.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

mellbet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All transactions on the platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any deposit made through a payment method that processes in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider. mellbet accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

mellbet employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to monitor account activity and financial transactions. Any account suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorized third-party payment methods, or coordinated abuse of promotional systems — will be suspended immediately. All funds associated with such accounts may be frozen pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, will be forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mellbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional-specific terms document and these general Terms, the promotional-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered on mellbet are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the applicable offer) must be wagered before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution rates applicable to bonus funds will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins awarded on mellbet carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the terms of each individual offer. Bonus funds that are not used within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. mellbet accepts no liability for expired bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mellbet strictly prohibits the abuse of bonus offers. Prohibited bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (such as low-risk or hedged betting to clear wagering requirements), and sharing bonus codes in an unauthorised manner. Where bonus abuse is detected, mellbet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close the player's account.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

mellbet runs seasonal promotional campaigns timed to coincide with major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and BPL cricket season. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms published at the time of launch. Participation in seasonal promotions does not guarantee any minimum return.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on mellbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type and sports market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet. mellbet provides access to game rules and sports betting rules within each game interface and within the help documentation available via customer support.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on mellbet — including pre-match bets, live in-play bets, and accumulator bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available markets — are subject to the mellbet Sports Betting Rules. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are fixed and will not be altered.

mellbet reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing or irregular betting activity is detected, where a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion of play having been completed to produce a result, or where an event's result is determined under exceptional circumstances outside the normal rules of the sport.

6.2 Casino Games

All RNG-based casino games available on mellbet — including video slots, table games, and virtual sports — use independently certified Random Number Generator technology to determine game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the individual game's information panel. Live dealer games are conducted with real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers and streamed in real time.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error occurring mid-game or mid-bet, mellbet will make reasonable efforts to honour completed game rounds and resolve any outstanding wagers fairly. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed due to a technical failure, affected wagers will typically be returned to the player's account balance as void bets. mellbet accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures attributable to the player's own internet connection or device.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mellbet and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mellbet reserves the right to take immediate action — up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances — against any player found to be engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to interact with the mellbet platform without human input.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sporting events offered on the sportsbook.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund deposits on mellbet (money laundering).
• Colluding with other players at live poker or live dealer tables.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider as a mechanism to fraudulently recover funds.
• Impersonating any other person, including mellbet staff, in communications with the platform or other players.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the mellbet platform's security infrastructure, servers, or databases without authorisation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

mellbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or represents a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your mellbet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, mellbet will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified funds to your nominated payment method, subject to any pending KYC or compliance checks. Once closed, your account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the period required by applicable data retention obligations.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

mellbet offers a self-exclusion programme for players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where mellbet closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. mellbet will notify the player of the reasons for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law and will not be liable to the player for any losses resulting from the closure of an account in such circumstances.
